Information Collection and Use
The Application automatically collects certain information when you download and use it, including:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The operating system used on your mobile device
- Game activity data: sessions played, time spent, scores achieved, and levels completed (aggregated, used to improve the Application)
Online multiplayer modes (Rummi-Cu Online and Conecta 4 Online): When you use any online multiplayer feature, the following additional data is stored in Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore for the duration of the active game session:
- A randomly generated anonymous player ID (a UUID stored only on your device)
- A display name (nickname) chosen by you — this is optional, can be changed at any time, and does not need to match your real name
- Game state data (tiles, board positions, moves, turn order, room code) shared in real time between players in the same room
- Connection presence: a periodic heartbeat that indicates whether you are still connected to a game
- Emoji reactions: pre-defined emojis you send to other players during a match (temporary, not stored after the game ends)
No email address, phone number, or government-issued ID is required.
Other players in the same game session will see your chosen nickname, your moves and game actions, and any pre-defined emoji reactions you send. They will not see your real name, email address, device information, or purchase history.
No free-form communication: The Application does not include text chat, voice chat, or any free-form messaging between players. Player interaction is limited to game moves and pre-defined emoji reactions.
Automatic deletion of online data: Active multiplayer sessions are automatically deleted from Firebase within 2 hours of completion or inactivity. Player nicknames are stored locally on your device only.
The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.
The Application does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your real name or email address to use the core features.
The Service Provider uses the collected information to:
- Save and sync your game progress across sessions (via Firebase / Google Firestore)
- Enable online multiplayer sessions (Rummi-Cu En Línea)
- Display advertisements through Google AdMob
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the Application
In-App Purchases
The Application offers an optional Premium subscription that removes advertisements. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect or store any payment or billing information.

The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
- As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or government request)
- When necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
- With trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf and are bound by this policy
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process or through the app marketplace.
The Application serves non-personalized ads only and does not use your device advertising identifier. No additional opt-out steps are required for advertising.
To stop participating in online multiplayer sessions, simply do not use the Rummi-Cu En Línea feature. To request deletion of your online game data from Firebase, contact blackhorsesoftwarecol@gmail.com with your anonymous player ID (visible in the app's online lobby).
Data Retention Policy
Local data (game progress, scores, device settings) is saved on your device using local storage and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the Application.
Online multiplayer data (anonymous player ID, display name, game session state) stored in Firebase / Cloud Firestore is retained as long as you use the online features. To request deletion of your data, contact the Service Provider at blackhorsesoftwarecol@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within a reasonable time.
Data used by Google AdMob and Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Children
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact blackhorsesoftwarecol@gmail.com and the Service Provider will promptly delete such information.
Security
Game progress is stored locally on your device. Online multiplayer session data stored in Firebase is protected by Google's security infrastructure. The Service Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all information it processes. Advertising-related data handled by Google AdMob is protected by Google's security infrastructure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The Service Provider will notify users of any material changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance. The Application currently offers an optional Premium subscription available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
User Responsibilities
The Application stores game data locally on your device to provide the Service. When using the online multiplayer feature (Rummi-Cu En Línea), game session data is stored temporarily in Firebase / Cloud Firestore. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
Display name conduct: When participating in online multiplayer sessions, you choose a display name visible to other players. You agree not to use names that are offensive, hateful, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. The Service Provider reserves the right to disallow names that violate community standards.

Internet Connectivity
Some features of the Application (such as displaying ads and online multiplayer via Rummi-Cu En Línea) require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or data access. Standard data charges from your mobile provider may apply.
Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third-party services and cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application's functionality.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may release updates to the Application and recommends keeping the Application up to date. The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends and you should delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
